Webdesk, TNI Dhaka, 15th December, 2014: Model and film actress Naznin Akhtar Happy has slapped in a molestation charge against a National Cricketer today under the Women and Children Repression Prevention Act. The actress alleged that the fast bowler Bangladesh National Cricket team Rubel Hossain shared a relationship with her to marry her as soon as possible however he but backed out of it leaving her alone. She filed the case with the Mirpur police on Saturday. The actress Naznin said to the press “We first got into touch through a social networking site about a year ago. We’ve been having an intimate relation for nine months now. Rubel got involved with another girl while talks about our marriage were underway. He avoided me each time I tried to talk about it,” the actress was quoted as saying in a report by a Bangladeshi newsportal. The actress has been taken to the Victim’s Support Centre after the complaint, from where she was taken to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital for forensic tests to check her allegations, according to a statement by the Senior Inspector of Mirpur Police Station.
